THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE & SALE
Welcome to the rotellakids.gr Online Store. The Online Store provides its services to you, visitors or customers, only with your acceptance of the following Terms of Use. As long as you visit or make purchases through rotellakids.gr, you automatically accept these terms. Please read them carefully. It is also noted that the use or purchase of any other services provided by the rotellakids.gr Online Store are subject to the specific terms of use, except in cases where deviations from these terms are expressly stated.
Product information
The photos depicting the products are indicative and cannot under any circumstances be binding for rotellakids.gr. In addition, with regard to the technical characteristics and descriptions of the products that come from our partners or suppliers, rotellakids.gr is exempt from any responsibility regarding the validity of their content.
The item for sale
The products sold by rotellakids.gr are manufactured to be available in the European region and to be used by machines in the same region. The technical characteristics and other details of the products sold are available and you can find them by following the search instructions listed on our websites and by "clicking" on the name of the corresponding product.
Prices
The prices listed on the Website are in euros and include all tax charges (24% VAT) except shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and appear during the order while they are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
rotellakids.gr reserves the right to modify the prices applied to the products on its Site at any time but undertakes to apply the prices listed on the Website at the time of your order.
Availability
Please note that we process your order within the framework of our available stocks. In the event that one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.
In addition, product availability is indicative and not binding.
Delivery methods
Express delivery that allows you to receive your parcel within 12/24 hours by courier (calculating as the start date the date of dispatch and not of the order and considering only working days). If your order is placed before 12pm, it will be prepared within the same day, subject to the product you ordered being available in stock. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products you choose.
The delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative and may be subject to change. rotellakids.gr will not be held responsible for the consequences due to delivery delay or loss of your parcel by the carrier. In the event that the package is not received within the stated deadlines, an inquiry is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no refunds or reshipments can take place.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, if not, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten remarks after signature, any anomaly. You must also confirm these comments by email to info@rotellakids.gr on the same day or at the latest one working day after receiving your order. Any application made outside of this deadline will not be accepted and exempts rotellakids.gr from any responsibility towards the Customer.
If products are to be returned, they must be sent within 2 days of the delivery date to the following address:

The return of products will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories, and instructions for use. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
We inform you that a 24-hour delay is possible regarding the delivery of your order. Indeed, for security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are subject to verification by rotellakids.gr
Additional information may be requested or required to validate your purchase.
Therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using

- a landline or mobile phone number so that we can contact you at any time.
In addition, for each order whose amount exceeds the limit set by rotellakids.gr (900 euros), you will be asked to send us an identity card and proof of residence by fax, email or post.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but these measures demonstrate our desire to protect our customers from potential credit card fraud.
Payment methods
rotellakids.gr offers you 4 payment methods.
1. By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners).
2. Via PayPal
3. By bank deposit to our company account (beneficiary: XXXXXXXXXXXXX).
4. Pay on delivery
Online payment by credit card is made through the "Secure Socket Layer" security system that ensures the encryption of your bank details during their transmission over the network.
All payments made on rotellakids.gr are checked and evaluated by ALPHA BANK. For all your transactions on our Website, you are insured by ALPHA BANK. If ALPHA BANK considers that there is a risk and refuses to guarantee the security of a transaction, we are able to refuse to process your order.
For payment by bank transfer, the transfer should be deposited in a bank within 2 days from the date of registration of the order. Beyond this limit, the order will be cancelled. Estimate around 2-3 days from the moment of deposit for the bank transfer to reach rotellakids.gr. Consequently, delivery takes place within 7-8 working days from the date of payment of the remittance. The amount of the bank commission is borne by the Customer. The necessary bank details of the account to which you should make your transfer are known upon completion of your order.
Security
All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Annulment
rotellakids.gr has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an e-mail to info@rotellakids.gr or fax to 210 5317580. This possibility is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the dispatch of your order. After this time point cancellation is not possible.
Return
We will only accept the return of products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging with full contents (accessories, instructions for use, etc.) Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer when shipping the product (the product is shipped at the customer's risk).
We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and choose possibly shipping a declared value that represents the cost of the products you are shipping. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services. In any case, the return is the responsibility of the Customer. Returns are not accepted for products that are on sale.
