GENERALLY
Pickup from the store
In order to pick it up from the store, a phone or online order must have been made. After our communication via email and/or SMS, the customer will be able to come from the store to pick up his order. The prices of the products are also valid for collection at the physical store, as long as the above procedure has been followed.
The hours that apply for pickups from the store are as follows: Monday to Friday 9:00-13:00 & Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 18:00-20:00 and Saturday 9:00-14:00. After we notify you that your order is in store, if you do not receive it within seven (7) days, it will automatically be canceled and no longer available for pickup from our store.
Shipping by courier
For orders worth more than 50 euros, the customer does not incur shipping costs. For orders worth less than 50 euros, the customer is charged with shipping costs of 3 euros. For shipments within Attica, delivery takes place within 1-3 working days, as long as the availability status of the products is: "Immediate Availability (in stock)"
For shipments outside Attica, delivery takes place within 2-6 working days if the availability status of the products is: "Immediate Availability (in stock)".
For shipments to remote areas of mainland Greece, islands, etc. you can contact us on the phone 210 531 7580 or send us a message via e-mail at info@rotellakids.gr, in order to inform you about the delivery time. As soon as the parcel is delivered to the courier, you will be notified immediately by e-mail and/or sms, as long as you have registered your e-mail address / mobile phone
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday.
Shipments outside of Greece are not made.
